Interpretation of the FSANZ Food Standards Code

We offer expert assistance to ensure that your product will be compliant with the requirements of the Food Standard Code.  As an example, we were recently approached by a "big box" European retailer of Australian made and imported food products. We were selected to undertake an analysis of the Food Standards Code and identify: food allergens additive and microbial limits maximum levels of contaminants and natural toxicants, maximum residue limits, extraneous residue limits nutrition information criteria for those foods sold. The limits and levels were identified from the FSANZ Food Standards Code Schedules 15, 16, 19, 20, 21 and 27, and Food Standard 1.2.8
