Project brief: Provision of Food Safety Management System Services
We are engaged to develop a tailored food safety program to meet the requirements of the national mandatory Food Safety Standards including Food Standard 3.3.1 Food Safety Programs for Food Service to Vulnerable Persons. The food safety management system includes:
- 1. Management Policies including food safety policy, training policy, food supplier standards, document control, internal audits and responsibilities of staff
- 2. Process flow diagrams and Food Distribution flowcharts
- 3. Food Safety management tables (hazards, controls, monitoring procedures and corrective actions) for each food process
- 4. Support programs including skills and knowledge of food handlers, allergen management, pest control, cleaning and sanitising, equipment and premises maintenance, complaint handling, food recall and verification activities
- 5. User friendly monitoring forms and logs
